Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member in another agency, building a strong foundation in customer service and operations.
I attended the University of Houston and am a proud third-generation Houston resident. I got married in 2021 and have a dog named Rocket. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Houston’s restaurants and local culture.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daniel Salinas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
